We have a fire basket and the back has pretty much disintegrated with lots of roasting hot fires! I have noticed that the back is actually bolted on to the rest of the basket. do you supply backs pre-drilled or would i have to get it drilled locally?

Our backs do not come pre-drilled. Drilling it is one way of fixing it to the wall, another way is using wall anchor bolts and brackets.

Can you get this any bigger am looking for about 32" wide and about 30" hi this is to go behind a wood burner to hide the cracked plaster

You can use 'Z' brackets along with anchor bolts to fit these, available from most DIY stores.
