I ordered a fire backplate, the delivery company said they tried twice to deliver the goods but they only carded me once. As a result they said they were returning the goods.
I phoned grate fireplaces explaining what happened. There response was excellent, they contacted the delivery company on my behalf and I received the goods next day. Amazing customer service, and as for the fireback it's superb. Will be buying all my fire products from this company.
