Notwithstanding this is just the product I needed, the customer service is OUTSTANDING. Due to a warehouse misunderstanding, the wrong product was originally delivered. When I called to report this, it was the fastest call I have ever had to correct it. Not only did it get understood rapidly, but they arranged NEXT DAY replacement, which ACTUALLY happened. WOW. Just WOW. They had the right product, at my door, the NEXT DAY. This is EXTRAORDINARY service. So commendable and I would recommend this company wholeheartedly.
