Excellent experience
I'm very new to the log burner thing, Grate fireplace were very helpful and gave me good advice of what I am allowed and not.
Item Delivered early as I was pushed for time.
Once I received the item, I was very happy as it was a great product. Even the engineer who installed it said it was of great quality and will start using them himself.
All in all a full 5 star review

PERFECT PRODUCT
Having bought a white mantlepiece fire surround we needed an impressive quality hearth to complete our new lounge feature.
Fireplace Accessories supplied us with "made to preferred measure" Turkish limestone options that were perfect for our requirements and provided an impressive completion to our Fire-Place project.
What was very reassuring was an available telephone number that was answered within 5 rings by a person(not a robot) who was pleasant and very helpful in answering a minor query.
We realised that bespoke aspects of our purchase would take time to produce but the delivery was as forecast and well worth the wait.

Perfect. First class customer service, put in the wrong measurements into the order, phoned to double check and sorted the error for me.. hearth to replace one that had battery acid that spilled onto it. Arrived well packed and a very polite delivery driver from pallet ways. Excellent. Looks fab

Superb Hearth, Love it
Received our new hearth a few days ago on a pallet. It arrived very well packaged.
It is now installed and our fire place looks amazing. The photos on the site don’t do the hearths justice. So pleased and would thoroughly recommend. Thank you
