Does the job as it should. Excellent customer service when they pointed out I had selected the wrong size for the grate and swapped in the correct one and refunded the couple of pound difference.
Also delayed my deliver a week after I said I was going on a quick break. Recommend for customers service you don’t get on amazon!

I not only found the ash pan is excellent but the way I was helped is was also excellent. I had problems with what I expected and they sent me the pan. I would use them if I needed anything else regarding the fire place. I would contact them.
